Pretty in Pink
I’ve been collecting miniature/toy sewing machines and other domestic toys for about twenty years and so, as you can imagine, I have quite a variety. One of my greatest treasures is the little mini wringer washing machine that I scored at an auction about ten years ago. As you can see from the photo, there is a tiny crank on the side that turns the agitator on the inside of the tub to wash the clothes. But I think the best part of my little treasure is the colour! I wish my full sized washer and dryer was that sweet shade of 1930’s pink.
