Keeping in Touch

This is me standing on top of the world yesterday… well maybe not, but it sure felt like it after I climbed the Temple of the Moon in Teotihuacan. In the background you can see the Temple of the Sun, which I managed to climb a short while later. This was no small feat but why come all this way and not make it to the top – I just didn’t realize how rubbery one’s legs could feel after climbing two pyramids.

Until next time, love carol

Did you just slide your way down on your bum like a little kid? That would’ve been cute! 😉 What an incredible view! xoxo

Jeanne, there are moments when it all seems like dream! Thank you for following along with my journey, it’s wonderful to be able to share this experience. The weather has been perfect – no polar vortex

    Janet, thank you for asking

  6. Carol says:

Janet, the rest of my message to didn’t post but it is truly inspiring to climb a pyramid despite the aching calves the next day

  7. Carol says:

Tammy, you goose, it was just as difficult coming back down those steps! I should have brought a toboggan. Love, bubby

I’d love to see you explain why you need a toboggan to the airplane authorities! xoxo
